地质遗迹保护的法律基础
Legal protection framework
拟建地质公园隶属中国政府，受《中华人民共和国宪法》、《中华人民共和国环境保护法》、《甘肃省地质环境保护条例》及其他相关法律的保护。地质公园边界明确，保护对象具体。临夏地质公园的管理部门承担开发和管理地质公园的法律责任，包括地质遗迹保护、科普宣传和推动地质旅游等。地质公园占地为国有土地，这样的法律基础确保了临夏地质公园的持续发展。
The proposed geopark is subordinate to the PRC government and protected by the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Geo-environmental Protection Law of Gansu Province and other relevant laws. The geopark has clear boundaries and specified conservation targets. The management department of Linxia Geopark will be responsible for developing and managing the geopark’s legal liabilities, including geoheritage conservation, popular science promotion and geotourism promotion. The land occupied by the geopark is state-owned land, which ensures the sustainable development of Linxia Geopark.
