和政县举行一年一度的正月十三秧歌汇演，红红火火喜迎元宵佳节。作为甘肃省非物质文化遗产的和政秧歌有600多年历史，因秧歌队员从男性小孩到老人中精挑细选，表演的踩高跷、腊花姐、中郎、旱船、舞龙、舞狮等民俗节目雅俗共赏、独树一帜，而远近闻名。2008年，和政秧歌被列入甘肃省非物质文化遗产名录。
The annual Yangko Festival was held in Hezheng county on the 13th of the first month in Lunar new year to celebrate the Lantern Festival. As the intangible cultural heritage of Gansu Province, Hezheng Yangko has a history of more than 600 years, which is famous far and wide for its excellent selection of players from male adult, children to the elderly, and its folk programs such as walking on stilts, Lahua lady, land boat, dragon dance and lion dance, etc. In 2008, Hezheng Yangko was included in the intangible cultural heritage list of Gansu Province.
