均是黄河岸边出露的新近系和第四系之间的不整合，不整合面之下为新近系地层，其上为第四系上更新统砾石层。反映早中更新世时期，该地区曾经历过侵蚀及构造作用。
They are both the unconformities between Neogene and Quaternary exposed on the bank of the Yellow River. Under the unconformity surface is the Neogene strata. And above them are gravel beds of Upper Pleistocene of Quaternary. It tells that the area experienced an erosion during the early and Middle Pleistocene.
