3. Overall Requirements

 We will based on the new stage of development, implementing the new development concept and integrating into the new development structure, and focus on promoting the construction of "Hezheng county , Songming town, Taizishan mountain, Danancha river tourism corridor and Sightseeing Road" in accordance with the development layout of "one core guidance, two economic parks drive and three  planting belts". To build a new pattern of multi-point layout, all-regional promotion and all-season tourism, and develop the cultural and tourism industry in depth, so as to meet the needs of the people's growing and better life as the fundamental purpose, We will strive to build Green Hezheng, Livable Hezheng, Culture Hezheng, Happiness Hezheng, Beautyful Hezheng.

4. Main contents  

(I) series of activities of the 8th plateau pear tourism festival in Hezheng county  

Time: late April 2023  

Site:Vast areas pear orchard of 88 group company  , Xinyunshanzhuang, Liyuanshanzhuang, huafeng manor, etc

 Activity content:  new Hua’er art symposium in the new era and the book launch ceremony of "Hua’er flying in Hua’er Linxia"; Pear festival photography   and  Sightseeing Road collection activities; "Color on the Shangwang village ·mini-zoo" parent-child tour activity.  

 (Ⅱ)2023 China flower conference and the second cultural tourism festival and county activities of linxia state  

Time: June 13-- 15 , 2023

 Site: Songmingyan  Scenic Spot in Hezheng county

 Activity Contents: The 4th National Hua’er Academic Seminar;Intangible cultural heritage exhibition on mass stage. To organize the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage project and the performing team to perform the Hezheng yangko, Hua’er, Niuduye, Meihu opera and Nuo dance、 Nuo opera on the mass stage of baiyang Lin, and display the achievements of Hezheng county’s intangible cultural heritage protection.

(Ⅲ) Symposium on Conservation and Utilization of Hezheng Paleozoological.

Time: June 18-21, 2023

Site: conference room, 9th floor, unified office building,   no. 1 Hezheng county (to be determined)

 Activity Contents: the third meeting of the Ninth Professional Committee on Biological Evolution and Environment of Chinese Association for Quaternary Research on Late Cenozoic paleontology of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and the conservation and utilization of Hezheng Paleozoological,Including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture and Hezheng County related leaders speech, We will listen to the reports of experts and scholars of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, experts and scholars attending the conference and relevant leaders to discuss and exchange, put forward the scientific research value of Hezheng Paleozoological in stratigraphy and Suggestions on the protection and development and utilization of Hezheng Paleozoological.

 (Iv) key festival activities throughout the year

Site: Hezheng county seat and scenic spots

 Activity Contents: "world reading day" the whole people reading activities; "Tour of flower sea · Reminisce about hometown" rural culture and art festival series of activities in Zuitou village; Farmers harvest festival series activities; Cultural activities of traditional folk customs (intangible cultural heritage).  

(Ⅴ) series of cultural activities of the education system in the whole county  

Time: the whole year began in late April 2023  

Site:  Primary and secondary schools in the county

Scope of participation: teachers and students of primary and secondary schools in the county  

Activity contents :1. hold the county’s second primary and secondary schools students' sports meeting; Youth science and technology science popularization exhibition activities; "Red culture into the campus" activities; "Intangible culture heritage into the campus" activities.
