In order to implement the important deployment of the Party’s 20 National Congress about intensifying efforts to protect cultural relics and cultural heritage, fully implement the President Xi Jingping’s important instruction spirit on the protection and utilization of cultural relics, actively promote the project to explore the origins of Chinese civilization ,Archaeological China important project and Construction of Chinese Civilization inheritance and innovation Area,deeply explore the rich connotation and times value of prehistoric culture mainly on Majiayao culture and Qijia culture,to research and explain the important position of Linxia area in the development of prehistoric culture,take full advantage of Majiayao culture and Qijia culture, publicize humanistic tourism brand of Hua’er Linxia in the river land, Promote the high quality development of tourism industries in prefecture,Chinese Society of Archaeology,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,Gansu Provincial People’s Government Research Center of Literature and History,Gansu Provincial Administration of Cultural Heritage and The CPC Linxia prefecture committee ,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture  Government .which will jointly host the Linxia forum of prehistoric culture of accumulative civilization and brilliantly Hezhou. Many well-known experts and scholars in the field will be invited to carry out discussion and exchange.
