为深入学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神，全面贯彻落实习近平总书记对非遗保护工作的重要指示批示精神，进一步增强民族文化自信，铸牢中华民族共同体意识，传承发扬优秀传统文化，打造非遗特色“优势牌”，走好非遗旅游“融合路”，展现“中国花儿之乡”的魅力，提升和政的知名度和美誉度。在成功举办西部花儿邀请赛、第七届中国原生民歌大赛、和政县第五届油菜花旅游节暨松鸣岩花儿歌手大奖赛等重大赛事活动的基础上，定于2023年6月12日—6月15日（松鸣岩传统花儿会期间）在和政县国家4A级旅游景区松鸣岩举办2023中国花儿大会暨“花儿临夏·在河之州”第二届文化旅游节系列活动
On the basis of the successful holding of major events such as the Western Hua’er Invitational Tournament, the 7th China Native Folk Song Competition, the 5th Hezheng County Rape Flower Tourism Festival and Songmingyan Hua’er Singer Grand Prix, the 2023 China Huaer Congress and the second "Linxia ,A hometown of Hua’er melody and Blooming Peony" Cultural Tourism Festival will be held in Songmingyan, a national 4A tourist attraction in Hezheng County, from June 12 to June 15, 2023 (during the Songmingyan Traditional Hua’er Festival).
