张家界市林业局来临考察世界地质公园建设、遗迹保护等工作
The team of Zhangjiajie Forestry Bureau Visit Linxia Geopark on the Construction, Heritage Protection and other Work
8月25日至26日,张家界市林业局党组成员、副局长杨文胜带领考察组学习临夏地质公园建设、古生物化石保护管理等工作。临夏地质公园服务中心党组成员、副主任马学军及相关科室负责人陪同考察。
考察组一行先后到临夏地质公园博物馆、和政古动物化石博物馆、八坊十三巷、炳灵石窟、太极岛湿地公园、刘家峡恐龙足印化石群遗迹点实地调研,对临夏地质公园地质特点、化石保护、文化历史、民风民俗等进行详细了解。
考察组表示,临夏州在创建地质公园、宣传地质文化、保护化石方面工作细致、成效显著,希望能借此机会与临夏州交流先进经验,加强两地沟通交流,推动地质科普、研学教学等方面向纵深发展,共同保护自然遗产。
近年来,临夏州在创建地质公园上持续发力。依托地质公园博物馆进行地质文化宣传教育,提高广大群众对地质文化的认识和保护意识,与中国地质大学建立合作关系,科学、精准开展地质保护工作。
From August 25th to 26th, Yang Wensheng, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Zhangjiajie Forestry Bureau, led the inspection team to study the construction of Linxia Geopark and the protection and management of paleontological fossils. Ma Xuejun, a member of the Party group and deputy director of the Linxia Geopark Service Center, and relevant department heads accompanied the inspection.
The inspection team visited the Linxia Geopark Museum, Hezheng Paleozoological Museum, Bafang Thirteen Lanes, Bingling Cave Temple, Taiji Island Wetland Park, and Liujiaxia Dinosaur Footprint Fossil Site for on-site research, to gain a detailed understanding of the geological characteristics, fossil protection, cultural history, and folklores of Linxia Geopark.
They stated that Linxia Prefecture has done meticulous and significant work in creating Geopark, promoting geological culture, and protecting fossils. They hope to take this opportunity to exchange advanced experience with Linxia Prefecture, strengthen communication and exchange between the two regions, promote geological science popularization, research and teaching, and jointly protect natural heritage.
In recent years, Linxia Prefecture has continued to make efforts in creating Geoparks. Relying on the Geopark Museum for geological culture promotion and education, enhancing the people's understanding and protection awareness of geological culture, establishing a cooperative relationship with China University of Geosciences, and scientifically and accurately carrying out geological protection work.
