黄冈市来临考察世界地质公园建设、遗迹保护等工作
The observation team of Huanggang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau visited Linxia Geopark
10月27—28日，黄冈市自然资源和规划局考察组来临考察学习临夏地质公园建设、古生物化石保护管理等工作。临夏地质公园服务中心主要负责人及相关科室负责人陪同考察。
考察组一行先后到临夏地质公园博物馆、和政古动物化石博物馆、刘家峡恐龙馆等实地考察，对临夏地质公园地质特点、化石保护、文化历史、民风民俗等进行详细了解。
考察组表示，临夏州在创建地质公园、宣传地质文化、保护化石方面工作细致、成效显著，希望能借此机会与临夏州交流先进经验，加强两地沟通交流，推动地质科普、研学教学等方面向纵深发展，共同保护自然遗产。近年来，临夏州在创建世界地质公园上持续发力，依托地质公园博物馆进行地质文化宣传教育，与中国地质大学等院校建立合作关系，科学、精准开展地质保护工作，不断提高广大群众对地质文化的认识和保护意识，推动实现临夏地质公园高质量发展。
On October 27-28, the observation team of Huanggang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau visited Linxia Geopark and studied the protection and management of paleontological fossils. The main staff in charge of the Linxia Geopark Service Center and relevant section heads accompanied the inspection.
The observation team visited the Linxia Geopark Museum, Hezheng Paleozoological Museum, Liujiaxia Dinosaur Museum, and other points to conduct on-site inspection and gain a detailed understanding of the geological characteristics, fossil protection, cultural history, and folklore of Linxia Geopark.
The observation team stated that Linxia Prefecture has done meticulous and significant work in creating geoparks, promoting geological culture, and protecting fossils. They hope to take this opportunity to exchange experiences with Linxia Prefecture, strengthen communication and exchange between the two regions, promote geoscience popularization, research and teaching, and jointly protect natural heritage. In recent years, Linxia Prefecture has continued to make efforts in creating a UNUESCO Global Geopark, relying on the Geopark Museum for geological and cultural publicity and education, establishing cooperative relationships with universities such as China University of Geosciences, scientifically and accurately carrying out geological protection, continuously improving the public's understanding and awareness of geological and cultural protection, and promoting the high-quality development of Linxia Geopark.
