Xiguan Primary School in Hezheng County is directly owned by the local Education Bureau. Originated in the 26th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1900), it was reconstructed from the original “Ninghe Longquan Academy” and “Longquan School”. At present, there are 47 classes, 2566 students and 94 teachers in the school. It takes “enlightening wisdom, moistening happiness” as the school running concept, comprehensively implements quality education, and promotes the development of students’ personality and specialty.
