临夏州河州葫文化发展有限公司创建于2017年10月13日，公司地点位于甘肃省临夏州临夏市八方十三巷76号院葫芦馆；企业的经营范围有雕刻葫芦、雕刻技艺培训、研发加工各类工艺品、批发雕刻葫芦、车挂、摆件、把件等手工艺品、艺术设计策划、发展葫芦文化及雕刻、刀刻、烫画、镂空等技艺、非物质文化遗产葫芦雕刻的传承。
临夏雕刻葫芦是葫芦文化中的一颗灿烂明珠，堪称“临夏一绝”。主要用刀或者针在葫芦表面进行阴刻，来体现中国传统绘画山水、花鸟、人物和书法，然后涂上松墨，令其线条明晰。随着人民生活水平的不断提高，欣赏、收藏雕刻葫芦的人越来越多，雕刻葫芦已成为文人雅士博古架上的首选艺术品。临夏葫芦雕刻艺术也与临夏建筑艺术中的砖雕、木刻、彩绘相媲美，成为了临夏的一张名片。2006年，临夏葫芦雕刻被列入第一批甘肃省非物质文化遗产名录。
